While the basic JSP files which define the fundamental look and feel of a JSPWiki all seem to respect a user-defined "skin" setting, the stylesheet cssinclude.js (which comes with the JSPWiki distribution) does not.

This is not really a bug, as the file resides in a skin-specific subdirectory (namely templates/default)
