Plug-in that would crawl an entire wiki or just a wiki link / page and generate a PDF / Word or other document formats with full Bookmarks / TOC. There would need to be some scheme for determining how to create the Bookmark / TOC hierarchy. Attachments could be optionally inlined or included in the appendix. To facilitate this, it might be nice to see some extensible markup that could be embedded in the wiki page, that would not display, but could be used by plug-ins. So the WikiDoc plug-in would know what to do with a particular attachment. Or even have sections or pages that would not get included in the doc...
