Profanity filter should take the forbidden words from a file (e.g. WEB-INF/profanity.txt), rather than taking them from a String[].

I've made a small patch and attached it at http://doc.jspwiki.org, in the ProfanityFilter page. This patch additionally makes the search of forbidden words case unsensitive

The patch is made against CVS 2.4.65, but it should fit for current CVS version too.
