When we have multiple people loading documents, editing a page, it becomes difficult to be on top of the changes, unless we go and visit the wiki page. Would it make sense to have an automatic email notification to a subscriber, whenever a wiki page/site gets updated?

Only those users who are subscibed to email notification will receive a mail.

Taking it a bit further, if the email can also show the diff, it will be great.

Would it also make sense to have the notifications available as RSS feeds?
