An option to download the entire Page in a .doc format file will be very helpful.

The code libraries required to generate MS Word files are fairly substantial, don't track Word versions, and are somewhat unnecessary: there's a simple way of doing this already available. If you want to open Wiki pages in Word, use your browser to export the page to an HTML file (e.g. "File:Save Page As" in Firefox), which can then be opened directly by Word. If you export as "Web Page, complete" you'll even get the images.
