Plugins, official and contributed, are an essential feature for JSPWiki and can determine also the wider acceptance of this great environment.

The contributed plugins are not all to be installed in the same way. Some just require the package to be installed, others requries some other finetuning. Additionally the search path needs to be updated.

An idea is to create an installation framework in order that plugins can just be "deopped" in a directory and that the installation is done automatically. In esence the same mechanism as installing a new WAR file on Tomcat.

This mechanism can also be extended to support updates of the plugins (v1, v2, etc)
