This is a very useful feature of MediaWiki - every page has a tab called "discussion" where wiki users can leave comments about the page - without "polluting" the main content. I think this would be better then the "Add Comment" tab - or better yet, you could have the add comment functionality in the discussion page.
We already see that used unnoficially by JSPWiki pages using the "XyzDiscussion" notation - for example, see ImageGen and ImageGenDiscussion.
Two excellent examples of "JSPWiki + Discussion" are:
