Q: How can I get an overview of all pages I have in my wiki?

Q: Is this page generated automatically? In my default installation I get the information, that this page doesn't exist.
A: You can just put the IndexPlugin on any page you like... But it should be in newer 2.0 packages in "samplepages.zip".
