I need a feature that can quickly draw people attention to links (on particular page) to undefined pages.

I'm thinking of a plugin that shows list of those links on the top-right of the page. Clicking on one of those link will bring user to the paragraph (on the same page) where the link first occur. That way, we can make user aware of the context of that link.
