To reproduce:
- Create a directory on your hard drive named "C:\foo;bar"
- Put a file in the directory named test.txt with some random characters, just so it has some content.
- Attempt to attach the file to a wikipage.
Expected result is attached file names "test.txt". Actual result is an uploaded attachment of the file but attached name is "foo".
