Renaming a page fails to update the references on the incoming links page.

For example, if a page called 'Page1' refers to a page called 'Subpage', and 'Page1' is renamed to 'Page2' then the incoming links for 'Subpage' will list both 'Page1' and 'Page2'. The link for 'Page1' shows up as a link to a non-existing page. The correct behaviour would be to only list 'Page2'.

Deleting the refmgr.ser file and restarting JSPWiki will cure the problem (the ReferenceManager rebuilds the map).

The problem could possibly be in class PageRenamer or ReferenceManager?

Assuming fixed, there have been various fixes against PageRenamer.
