Deleting pages from the database while the wiki is down confuses the ReferenceManager: The delete pages are still visible in the refmgr listings. However, the Lucene search engine seems to survive this beautifully :)

As a workaround, delete the "refmgr.ser" file whenever you change the repository contents off-line. This will slow startup.

Should be fixed in 2.2.32.
