Once an attachement is uploaded, you are not able to delete it. When you click on "delete marked versions" on the attachement page an error is returned: Error 404: /Delete.jsp

Unfortunately there is not enough information to debug this. In fact, this is a problem with your particular JSPWiki installation. Just make sure that you have installed all JSP files from the installation package...
